Practice in Kolding

Sixteen week - we had pracitce in hospital in Kolding. We had opportunity to knew more about Danish rehabilitation system. We spend there really gerat time. We saw all physiotherapy department - it is very big. They have also swimming - pool ( so patients who can't move a lot outside, in the water feel very good ). We met with people who had orthopaedics, cardiology problems and we saw this kind of rehabilitation. We could comperated with Polish physiotheraphy. All most orthopaedics rehabilitations look the same ( the mein of different is that : Polish patients stay longer in hospital after hip and knee operations ). Every day we learn something new. ...the practice of physiotherapy is essentially concerned with movement as this is central to what it means to be healthy.

First A – is for children witch Autism, Secand B – for children witch multiple handicaps and the last Third C – is for pupils with different disableties like deaf and blind, epilepsy, Down syndrome etc. Every one of them need physiothepay. STEREOTYPES..

Poland is rich in traditions. We organize a lot of festivals and holidays. Polish people love good
food, they like to play, sing and dance. Poland is a Catholic country. We have quite different
times of meals. Breakfast at 7 - 8 o’clock. We don’t have lunch just a snack and about 2 o’clock
usually we eat the main meal of a day – dinner. It consists of 2 dishes. First course – the soup
and the main - course. The supper is about 7 o’clock.
- I am Polish because I am hard-working and helpful. - I am Polish because I like spend time with all my family. - I am Polish because I like go outside in the spring/summer time.
- I am Polish because I eat potatoes for dinner.
Danish stereotypes. .. I think that. ..
- Danish people are closed. - Danish people like spent time at home with famly, enjoying being
simply together.
- Danish people like light candles.
BUT. .. every country has got individual sterotypes and traditions, so I like it!

SOME OF PICTURES

Physpiotherapy practis ! !! ;D

On 4th of February I was with Anna and Marta
in Physiotherapy Center. This experience was
great. We saw and know a lots of interesting things.
FOR EXAMPLE:
+ In Danmark you have to study Physiotherapy
3.5 years but in Poland studies in takes 5 yeras
( 3 yeras - licenciate, 2 yeras - master );
+ After studies in Danmark only 1 % peopole can't
find the job but in my country definitely big part
of students' haven't got a job when they finished
studies;
+ Here are hight taxes so nobody pay for
rehabilitation. In Poland it depends. ..
+ Danish pacients have got public Physioherapy two
times per week, Polish pacients have got it
every day ( without Saturday and Sunday );
